Privacy Policy
Last updated 18 October 2026
Harmony on Earth is an initiative within the MAYI Group of companies. This policy explains what we collect through harmonyonearth.org, why, and the choices you have. It is written with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 in mind.
What we collect
- Join the list: your email address and, if you give them, your first name and country.
- Applications (membership, ambassador, stories): your name, email, phone number if you give it, country and state, and what you write or link to.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security. We use them only to protect the site, for example to stop spam sign-ups.
Why we use it
- To send you news of gatherings, campaigns and Harmony on Earth Day, if you joined the list and confirmed your email.
- To review and reply to your application.
- With your agreement, to list approved ambassadors on the Harmony Leaders page (name, state and country) and to publish contributed stories.
We never sell or rent your personal data.
Children
Youth Ambassadors and young contributors are shown by first name and state only. We don’t publish photos of children. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before you apply or share a story.
Where it is kept
Your data is stored with Microsoft Azure, which hosts this site. Only the Harmony on Earth team can see the list and applications.
Your choices
- Every email we send has a link to unsubscribe.
- To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to support@mayiiq.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date above.
